Our kids classes in Langebaan are back! We had a great class this Thursday. We learned about belly breathing, deep inhalations using your whole diaphragm and pushing out your belly and with the out breath push all the air out again. It is a great way to relax and calm yourself down where ever you are. You can't leave your breath at home, so breathing exercises are a great tool for self soothing. We did a lovely visualisation and then used play dough to express what we experienced during our visualisation. For a bit of fun we played a game of pompom toes; focusing our mind on one thing and staying in the present moment. Join us for next weeks class!
